The lady who was working the drive-thru cashier (11/23 at 12pm) had terrible customer service. She was very rude and said my card didn't work. (It had worked at Fiiz 5 minutes prior and my card had plenty of money on it, I had checked that morning.) I asked if she could type it in and she said no. So I asked what I could do because that was my only card and all she said was, "sorry." So I had to drive off with no food and an empty stomach. I will be going to the McDonald's in Farmington for now on! Very disappointed! Terrible customer service!February 08, 2017
